I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts. I’m an old boy from '61. I started like many others by playing with Basic on Commodores and with Pascal and Turbo Pascal that still ran on DOS until 1995 when Borland developed Delphi 1 for Windows 3.11 with ObjectPascal. In 1997 I purchased version 3 which featured a more complete RAD and then upgraded to Delphi 5 in 2000. At the same time I fell in love with Lazarus IDE which worked with FreePascal, thanks to which it could run on Windows, Mac and Linux and in 64-bit. In 2012 I purchased the full version of Kontakt 5 because my interest had shifted to using DAWs to compose music and I started studying KSP and only in March 2018 I created my first library for Kontakt which I sent to Kontakt Hub (now Loot Audio). After having put a dozen libraries for Kontakt in Loot Audio I realized that my desire to create VSTs directly was now urgent and so after having tried solutions like SynthEdit, HISE and others I realized that JUCE was the only valid solution, but my knowledge of C++ was limited (only experience with Borland C++ Builder 4) so ​​I started following various video tutorials, especially those of The Audio Programmer, which were fundamental to better understand pointers and references, namespaces and above all classes.
