AlertWindows, CallOutBox and modal windows' global animation

Hi, all!

I'm looking for a possibility to implement global animation (e.g. slide or fade) for all alert windows, modal windows, popup menus and callOutBox's popups in the whole app, globally.

Or maybe some ideas to have mechanism which will work in a simillar way as works LookAndFeel (we can add LookAndFeel for components and its childs will automatically inherit parent's one, but we will also have a capability to change it.)
I wonder what is the right way to do this.

Any ideas?

It's something that we'd have to do as a major extension to the lookandfeel stuff. There may be a few places where it's already possible, but not globally for all those component types.
