Apple Catalina verification?

Greetings,
we have some betatester which are already on the new Catalina. They can work with our old Plugin releases but with the new beta, they get the error Developer can not verified. I’m signing the Plugin’s already with a developer certificat from Apple (Type is Mac Development).
What i’m missing?

Is there a paper from apple or something like that what we have to do?

You probably need to also Notarise your plug-in or installer.
