Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Audio Software Developer to join us in developing high-quality audio plugins and applications for professional use. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with our core team. You’ll play a key role in designing, coding, and optimizing audio software, contributing to projects from conception to release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain audio plugins and applications using C++ and the JUCE framework for specific project deliverables.

• Implement support for major plugin formats, including AAX, VST3, AU, tailored to project requirements.

• Ensure cross-platform compatibility for Windows and macOS, addressing platform-specific challenges as needed.

• Collaborate with our audio engineers to integrate features, troubleshoot issues, and refine designs within project scopes.

• Optimize code for performance, low-latency audio processing, and stability.

• Participate in project-specific code reviews and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in audio coding and software development, with a proven track record in building audio-related applications or plugins.

• Proficiency in C++ programming, along with hands-on experience using the JUCE framework.

• Strong understanding of audio plugin formats such as VST3, AU, and AAX.

• Expertise in cross-platform development for Windows and macOS, including knowledge of relevant APIs, tools, and best practices.

• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with a small team.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a remote environment and manage time effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Audio Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
