When a window having webbrowser component is set to use
enterModalState(true);
works fine if done scroll from mouse or trackpad is used . But if user clicks on the scroll bar then starts a wait for sometime . Wait breaks again if user use scroll from mouse or trackpad at same time else its waiting .
