I’m not entirely sure what you are referring to, but there is no way to generate a CMake project directly from the Projucer, and there are no plans to deprecate the Projucer at this time. Not only would this be disruptive to a lot of users (see The 2025 JUCE User Survey Results), but at the moment the Projucer is also the only way to generate an Android project.
