Just a quick feedback from a non-native english speaker regarding the naming of the ColourIds of the ToggleButton: It took me nearly 15 minutes to figure out that tickDisabledColourId meant the colour of the line around the button and was no option to give the tick itself a different colour as long as it is disabled (instead of disappearing) which seemed the obvious explanation for this id name. Instead I looked everywhere to something like toggleButtonOutlineId.
Maybe this is totally obvious for native speakers, maybe it is not, I don’t know 
However some clarifying comment in the documentation on the meaning of this id would have saved me some time 
Maybe you want to add something there for people like me…
