How to make a viewport's scrollbar moved as the same time I move another viewport's scrollbar?

In other words, how to make a viewport’s scrollbar moved according to another one.
Here, I have two viewports, one I can use the mouse to roll it’s scrollbar, another one I hope it’s scrollbar can move the same height.
