All, from what I understand it sounds like the JUCE library is constantly evolving, thus I was wondering if there is any kind of newsletter that gets published? If so, where do I find the sign up form?

If you're looking for a typeset .pdf or something, I doubt it. The dude that runs this show is so unbelievably busy I'm guessing he doesn't have time for this. Any new features he wants to publicize he'll post to the forum. Sometimes he works on things in secrecy until they're polished and ready for prime time.
