I have an idea for a small plugin but have no programming experience and so am looking to hire someone who is looking for a new project wto work on. Ideally I would like full compatability across platforms and audio plugin wrappers. I would like to think this is a fairly unique project and so have to ask for a non-disclosure agreement to be signed before further discussion. I have ideas for other projects as well as a development of this project into a version 2. I'm happy to work either on an hourly basis but would prefer a ball park budget for the project when you have read the particulars.
