Having un-checked the ‘Plugin MIDI Output’ option in Projucer, after building and launching my standalone build, the Audio/MIDI settings dialog still shows a MIDI Output device pull-down list. Just wondering is that to be expected?
I thought it would disappear following disabling the MIDI Output option?
(I’ve always had MIDI output enabled (and pass on MIDI data generated by my plugin to the output buffer - which can be passed to other tracks in a DAW for example), but just disabled it today for a plugin that doesn’t require that.)
I’ll dig into the JUCE code myself, but thought somebody might already know why that option still pops up in standalone mode in this case.
