PAID Figma Expert for VST/AU Audio Plugin GUI Implementation (Ongoing)

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented graphic designer to translate an simple VST/AU audio plugin GUI design into a comprehensive, high-resolution Figma project. The core design is already finalized; your role is to implement it into Figma with a focus on scalability and developer handoff.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
The project involves setting up one primary skin and six alternative variations. While the layout and positioning of elements remain identical across all versions, you will be responsible for implementing changes in color palettes, typography, and textures for each skin.

Specific technical requirements include:

  • High-resolution implementation to support GUI scaling (Vector-first Figma implementation)
  • Creation of knob film strips and animation states for all interactive elements.
  • A well-organized Figma file featuring a clear design system, including font selections and color guides.
  • Export-ready assets for all UI components.

Long-term Opportunity
This is initially a one-time project, but for the right candidate, this could transition into a monthly ongoing freelance engagement as we develop new products and updates.

How to Apply
Please submit your application along with a link to your portfolio. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in audio software interfaces or complex hardware-style UI kits.

The layout is identical across all skins. I am looking for someone who can use Figma Components and Variables/Styles efficiently so that updating the 6 alternative skins is a streamlined process.

(The attached file is an example, a few minor design elements still need to be added. overall complexity is low.)
