Logic Pro is very pedantic about processBlock

Logic disables plugins when there is no active region

This might be related… When opening logic pro and loading a project, my midi processor plugin is inactive and non-responsive, the process block wont be called unless i press play (or i think input a midi note). Is there something i can do to fix this?

I’ve actually tested a while ago and indeed it has a specific code-path for Melodyne identifier(s) to keep calling processBlock while idle/no audio.
