So apparently, Pro Tools has tempo “resolution”.
If you try setting it to anything else than quarters you end up with wrong PPQ (quarters 
).
the AAX limbo seems strange. but I think the JUCE AAX wrapper should calculate the PPQ considering the ratio of this value… which is obtainable using GetCurrentTicksPerBeat if I got it right.
