scrollToKeepItemVisible TreeView and invalid height

Hi Jules,

scrollToKeepItemVisible in TreeView do not seems to works correctly if the TreeView height has not been set yet.
If I postpone this after the TreeView size is set, it works fine.

Not sure if you consider this a bug or not.
