We’re calling AudioProcessorParameter::setValueNotifyingHost on the audio thread in a VST 2.4 plugin. We’re calling begin/endChangeGesture too.
Ableton Live, Cubase 9.5 and others are recording automation then without issues. Cubase 10 does not. Is this a known issue?
It works in Cubase 10 if we’re using the UI thread, but for some reasons we would like to avoid this.
