Version 4.2, Cant compile on OSX

I have a 1st gen Intel Mac Pro running 10.8.5 very happily with a Pro Tools PCIe system

10.6 is very old – so if someone is still on 10.6 there’s something really compelling them to stay put.

I also have an old G3 Pro Tools PCI system with an OS prior to OS X which I keep in storage in case I need to recover any sessions from the 80’s… but I certainly wouldn’t try and use it for sessions.

Rail

Certainly not forever. But as long as the hassle is worth it?
Our website’s Google Analytics points out that more than 1% of our visitors on Macs are on 10.6. In addition, a lot of old-timers like to browse from one machine and have a separate studio machine, so my guesstimate calculation would multiply that percentage by let’s say 3?? Not a negligible amount of users.
