VST3 Programs List?

I searched here but found only dead-end posts (not updated for a while). So I wonder what’s going on. Is there any solution for VST3 Programs List? So far I have tested with Reaper and it doesn’t list the programs, only in VST2 mode.

I still couldn’t find the info. Sorry if it’s obvious, sometimes my mind drifts…

It is not implemented in JUCE as far as I know.
