Where can I find set Time Before Showing Wait Cursor?

The help for MouseCursor::showWaitCursor() references another API it recommends: MessageManager::setTimeBeforeShowingWaitCursor.

But other than this one mention, I cannot find any refrences to setTimeBeforeShowingWaitCursor. Was this perhaps for an older version of JUCE and it no longer exists?
