Windows 10 Command Line Support

I have not used JUCE before, but am heavily considering it at the moment. I will definitely use it if there is a way to interact with the command line at all, otherwise (if it is a closed system) I will need to look elsewhere.

Specifically, I just need to be able to call other compiled programs from JUCE.

JUCE has the ChildProcess class for dealing with external programs that accept command line arguments.
