Ableton Live receives tab keypresses from AU, but not VST/VST3

Hi there all,

I’ve been having an issue recently where swapping focus between components using the tab key will still affect Live (i.e., switching between arrangement/session views). This behavior only appears in AU, and doesn’t seem to be mimicked in Logic either. JucePlugin_EditorRequiresKeyboardFocus doesn’t seem to affect this behavior either.

I’m currently using:

  • Live 11.3.4
  • macOS Ventura 13.4.1
  • JUCE 7.0.5

Any help is greatly appreciated! I’m stumped at the moment.
