Hi, I tried to follow the official tutorial but there seems to be some discrepancies with the actual Android Studio screens. Anyone in the same case or better: anyone who could fix this?

Actually everything seems working, mainly the Projucer should catch up with some version numbers.
As for the tutorial, treat it as an orientation 
Especially this “Gradle” thing is quite confusing in itself:
Gradle Version differs from the “plug-in" Version”.
Once I screwed everything up trying to update Gradle when I was prompted by Android Studio…
Also the “Binary Name” set in the Projucer doesn’t apply to the generated .apk file.
Not very necessary but would feel more elegant…
Yes, it would really be cool if it all gets a makeover!
