Bluetooth LE module for JUCE

Hi, we at Genki have benefited tremendously from using JUCE through the years, developing and supporting our Wave ring.

One thing we missed was Bluetooth LE support, so developed a module internally and have been using it for our product. We’ve now decided to make it public for anyone to use.

It’s available on github - hoping it can be beneficial :smile:

Thanks for making this available to the community - I will definitely make a prototype with this module in the coming weeks.
