BUG: commit 7aff57c46 introduces error in TabbedButtonBar in some circumstances

Exception thrown when clicking on a tab button in a TabbedButtonBar. Issue disappears if I revert commit 7aff57c46161f5a8af4117fd6c805b8acc9cd422.

I haven’t come up with a simple repro for this, but you can see it in https://github.com/AndrewJJ/DSP-Testbench. Just click on a different tab in one of the Sources near the top.

Also note that I don’t see issue in DemoRunner, so there’s some specific case at play here…
