Job Description
As an integral member of the software pole within the R&D Department, you develop business software including data acquisition, signal processing and simplified man-machine interfaces for expert operators.
Your principal missions are:
To design software dedicated to simulation, acquisition and processing of signal:
Specifications
Pro-actively define requirements and design software functionality, integrating signal detection, estimation of magnitude, data coding, signal compression and data recovery.
Determine the technical constraints and write associated documentation.
Design and development
Implement and encapsulate detection algorithms developed by the Signal Processing Department.
Act on all layers of software: E/S communication protocols between different machines, recording of data collected in a binary or XML format, interaction with other technologies.
Monitoring of developments
Manage the different software versions and establish the related document base.
Produce user guides in collaboration with the technical writing team.
Desired profile
Computer graduate or generalist engineer with IT specialization.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Excellent command of C++
Comprehension of signal processing algorithms (at least in a learning environment).
Knowledge of OpenGL, Windows and Mac OS X.
Fluent English imperative.
Other skills
Experience in IHM design.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP specifications and Juce.
Aptitudes
You combine strong abilities in the abstract and creative fields.
