Do we require any special license from Steinberg for our program to support VSTs?

Hello JUCE Forum,

We are building a DAW and I am curious if we require any special license from Steainberg to allow our application to support VSTs.

We will not be distributing any VSTs, only allowing users to use their VSTs with our program.

I assume the answer is no, but I haven’t been able to find any information about this, nor has Steinberg replied to my queries. Just doing my due diligence so any insight is greatly appreciated.
