.entitlements file & Projucer?

How do I get Projucer to make a .entitlements file containing special keys ?

No. The keys set by Projucer and juceaide (which is used by the CMake code of JUCE 6) are static. See

juce-framework/JUCE/blob/6.1.0/extras/Build/juce_build_tools/utils/juce_Entitlements.cpp#L46
