How could know the usb devices’s VID(Vender ID) and PID(Product ID) in the windows’ platform?

I believe you will need to look in the registry. I had done some work on this topic in trying to determine a specific usb cdc (serial) device by vid/pid… If I locate my notes I will post them here.
