JUCE Announces Acquisition by PACE

I’m still using the forum to get fixes.
We should keep in mind the JUCE team indeed has lots on its head.
However, It would be nice is to have a transparent feature/PR workflow with the JUCE team.

Here are few PRs / fixes etc that got buried (as an example of current situation being less than ideal I guess for some developers, especially for bugfixes)

Add continuous sample position to CurrentPositionInfo.

SVG Parser Alpha Color Support

Hi JUCE team, As we transitioned some of our graphic assets to svg it seems JUCE svg parser ignores alpha. Here is a patch, would be nice to have alpha support add (you could also add HSL if you’re really into making it even more compatible). svgparser_alpha.patch (2.4 KB)

Kiosk Mode for secondary window

sorry to bump this. but would be useful to know if you can add this to JUCE or should I just commit it into our fork. Thanks!

Multi monitor Kiosk mode on Windows

Hi Juce team, In brief : if you use setKioskModeComponent(getTopLevelComponent()) on Windows the app goes fullscreen only on the primary monitor. Looking around for causes this is pretty evident in the windows implementation on juce_win32_Windowing Question : Is there a reason for this? (preventing going in kiosk mode on a secondary monitor or whatever monitor the app is currently in) If not : Proposal we might replace the getMainDisplay line in the native windows implementation to: kioskMo…

Having said that,
Over the past years, JUCE team really became more responsive to bugfixes. so indeed sometimes it takes less than a week to see a bugfix commited by the JUCE team.
