The reason is because I use netbeans instead of xcode. I find netbeans more useful. I should point out that I’m not using xcode at all right now, and also that there is absolutely nothing inside the app directory except for the two directories containing the executable. Also, in principle, it should be easier to switch platforms if not using xcode. But you are right, I’m able to use this now, so you don’t need to prioritize me anymore. Thanks so much for your help. I’m just curious as to what is going on. Maybe it’s inside a dynamic library or in that Console program.
