All beginners want to have income enough so they can become indie or pro and let JUCE have income from this.
Deleting a starter profile does not allow to hobbiest to start and become potentially great.
Now that you have reconsidered this option and added the starter level, this serious gap has been filled admirably.
20k seems to be a good limit for starters.
