I don’t seem to be able to use juceStringToNS in my own app. Could this (and it’s inverse) please be modified so it’s accessible outside of juce? Or could it extend the String class somehow please?


Yes, I didn’t make it public because that would means that only .mm files would actually compile… any .cpp file would break when it tries to include the NSString class.

Bit of a tricky one to work around - I’d probably just suggest making your own copy of the function (it’s only a one-liner), and include that in your obj-c files.
