Did something change related to code-signing in 6.1.3 Projucer?

Re-introduced probably in JUCE 7.0.2 just before 7.0.3 (https://github.com/juce-framework/JUCE/commit/8d0afb6939e2cbe55a283ead5936c1fea0ae3a08). Related: [BUG] App is already signed
