MIDI Channel Pressure events not handled

Hi there,

I just found out that, although documented (https://www.juce.com/api/classSynthesiserVoice.html), SynthesiserVoice::channelPressureChanged is neither declared nor do Synthesiser instances handle channel pressure events. Someone should implement that.

I'm using JUCE v3.1.1.

Yes.. it is implemented, you can see it here:

We've also been using it here at ROLI for our Equator synth.

Maybe you just need to update your copy of juce?
