I’m working on a plugin and when I start plugin to build, build is successfull and I can see the UI properly, but there is something wrong I can’t test any functionality of UI as whatever the sample/wave file I feed, I can’t hear it, so I’m unable to test it, is there anyone who can guide me what I’m doing wrong? If possible we can also arrange zoom meeting or google meet.

You would need to provide some code in order for anyone to see what’s the issue.
While agreeing with @philphilos, that more information would be helpful, I suggest you do the following checks.
-If your plugin is an effect (not a synth), play sounds in the DAW, both through and bypassing the plugin, to make sure it is a problem with the plugin itself.
-Write the RMS level of the output buffer to the console and see if it is not a very small value.
-If you hear nothing on the standalone version, click on “Options” in the top left corner, go to “Audio/MIDI Settings”, make sure the correct output device is selected and click on “Test” to confirm your setup is fine.
