On the latest build of my audio plugin (1st build since I have updated to the latest version of JUCE) one of the colours from my svg has changed from white to black. The svg appears as it should in all other software (white) but within the Projucer and my plugin it appears black. Is there any possible reason for this as it used to show correctly?

I’d suggest at least providing an SVG that reproduce the issue and commit hash of a good and bad commit.
You can also try git bisect yourself
