Hi,
I would like to be able to create a TEMPLATE for a project so that I can then create new projects based on the TEMPLATE created.

I saw that in tracktion there is a TracktionArchiveFile class with which you can create a “.trkarch”.
Tracktion’s built-in TEMPLATES have this extension, so I think I need to create a “.trkarch” file to actually create a TEMPLATE.

My question is : how to use the TracktionArchiveFile class so as to create a TEMPLATE from an existing project ?

I wouldn’t bother using that, it’s fairly legacy at this stage.
Better to just zip your own template and use that.
