[Win32]How to get the absolute path when running the Dll?

I’ve searched some posts in this forum for this question, ie to obtain the directory of the vst plugin dll. A function named SystemStats::getUserApplicationDataDirectory() is mentioned but can’t be found now.

Because I need to get my GUI resources’ folder in my Plugin, how to locate it? Driving me mad now

All folders like that are now supplied by File::getSpecialLocation
