Add define to BinaryData.h

Would it be possible to add a single line to the generated BinaryData.h so you can wirte code that works with and without BinaryData?

In PluginGuiMagic I show the contents of BinaryData to the user. But for projects where the user didn’t add any file to BinaryData, the whole namespace is not defined, and the values

namespace BinaryData
    const int namedResourceListSize = 2;
    extern const char* namedResourceList[];

are not defined.

If there was a


in the BinaryData.h I could check and provide a fallback mechanism to keep it compiling.
