How do I open the Andrid builds in Visual Studio 2019 ?

I’m quite familiar with your pain, though sadly JUCE doesn’t support targeting Android through Visual Studio.

I haven’t had the chance to do this myself, but you might want to explore vscode as an alternative: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=adelphes.android-dev-ext
