As an Audio Developer at Dear Reality (part of the Sennheiser Group), you will work in a small, cross-functional team (developers, QA, product owner, and agile coach), developing professional spatial audio applications.

The position will be full-time and optional remote or on-site at our Düsseldorf (Germany) office.
GENERAL:
- Planning, implementing, and optimizing outstanding software tools for spatial audio production (linear and interactive) used for movies, music, games, XR, and teleconferencing
- Extend and create new reusable frontend or backend modules for our modular-based development workflow
- Work within an agile development team, joining reviews, retros, and refinements
- Cooperate with Sennheiser/Neumann teams
REQUIRED:
- 3+ years of software development work experience
- Excellent Modern C++ programming skills (Clean Code)
- Experience in Test Driven Development
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline and C++ build system
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Desire and ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner

- Good knowledge of JUCE
- General knowledge of DSP & audio technology
- Knowledge of Python
- Knowledge of C# and Unity game engine
- Familiar with music- / audio production
