I have 30+ years experience in the music industry, as a composer, musician, mix engineer and producer. In all of that time, I’ve used hundreds of plugins that make each of your audio channels sound great, but you need to learn how to use the chosen plugins to get the most out of them (or spend hours fiddling with them and hope for the best). Then you come to the mixdown. More plugins to learn, tweak, adjust.
What if there was a plugin that could save you hours of time by mixing the channels for you with a couple of clicks. Even if your monitors & control room (bedroom) aren’t up to Abbey Road standards.
”Why hasn’t it been done before?” you may ask.
Possibly because plugin companies make a lot of money from selling separate effects. Even channel strips only work on one audio channel at a time, and again need hours to learn how to use them properly.
”Who’d buy something like this?”
Judging by the amount of home musicians, producers, singer-songwriters in the world, I’d say most of them.
My plugin concept works on a multi-channel level using a neural network system.
All I need to make it reality is someone who understands the need for this plugin, the potential sales and the ability to create it.
