ASIO is now dual licensed as proprietary/GPL3. The latest ASIO SDK release is already under this license. Since GPL3 is compatible with AGPL3 (which JUCE uses), there should be no licensing issues anymore with bundling it. Please consider bundling it to make it easier to enable ASIO support.
