Hiring a programmer to add a simple drum beat selection section to my Windows and Mac app

Looking to hire someone who can program a beat player which can play some simple sampled beats, adjustable by tempo, to add to my SongwritersdB Mac and Windows apps. Here is the website for my app: https://songwritersdb.com

My mockup of the GUI:

This would pop up upon clicking a button on the audio recorder page, so that songwriters can quickly choose a relevant beat to sing/play over.
It is not meant to create a polished demo, and the beats themselves will simply loop one measure over and over.
So, I need to find a programmer who can create maybe 8-12 basic and common beats using samples, that can adjust tempo.
