Is forum subcategory “/Audio Plugins" for questions on BUILDING plugins in JUCE or HOSTING or either?

Just curious -  is the forum subcategory /Audio Plugins meant for questions about BUILDING plugins in JUCE only

or also for HOSTING them ?  ( as would be the case if writing some kind of plugin HOST or DAW etc.... ) 

 

Should all questions re HOSTING plugins - ie a JUCE APP - go under "General JUCE discussion" ?

It's for both, I guess! Anything involving plugins rather than other areas of the code.
