Dave Rowland from Tracktion ( @dave96) will present “Real-time Tradeoffs in Audio Programming”
Abstract: Writing real-time applications can be tricky, usually you obtain real-time guarantees by making sacrifices elsewhere and the costs paid can be subtle.
We’ll take a look at a concrete example of making an existing mechanism real-time safe and what decisions need to made along the way.
Spoiler - there won’t be a right answer but there will be lots of questions!

I’ll be giving a very quick talk for those getting started in audio development.
