I’m using the setKioskModeComponent function to go to fullscreen with a window on macOS.
That works well but several users are complaining that the mouse cursor in Pro Tools doesn’t update anymore (esp. when using the Smart Tool which switches os mouse move within the app).
I couldn’t reproduce that so far but the users having this issue report that they see this on several machines in their studios so it doesn’t seem to be an isolated issue.
Has anyone seen this before or does anyone have an idea what could cause this and what I could do to fix that?
