Native menu bar on Windows and Linux

How can I make the menu bar (not Popup Menu) native on Windows and Linux?

You can’t! Linux doesn’t really have such a thing as a native menu bar, and Windows is also a bit inconsistent (look at a bunch of win32 apps and you’ll probably see different styles of menu), so I just provided native bars for the mac, where it really is provided by the OS itself.
