Need to support for account email update or delete account

I forgot to update my email address before letting go of the domain, and there isn’t an option in your configuration of Discourse. You don’t have SSO running so this message, “Email can be updated from authentication provider. Never shown to the public” is virtually useless.

Old address I no longer have access to the address I used to sign up with, and the message to a Mod has gone un answered for some time now.

I thought I should be able to delete my current account and create a new one, but that isn’t an option either for some reason.

We do have SSO running, where the authentication provider is juce.com. So you would change your email address on juce.com. However, if you no longer have access to your original email address then you will need to email info@juce.com to have that changed manually.

On this forum? There’s no record of that in the activity logs, so I have no idea what’s gone wrong there.
