Jules the additions to the platform toolset you put in don't work if you select Visual Studio 2013.
The extra options only appear for VS2010 at the moment...
I think you've overriden the createExporterProperties class for later VS?
Whoops. Not sure why those are overridden, it seems like the base class implementation would work for everything before VS2015 - ta, will sort that out!
